WELCOME TO THE WICHITA AREA BUILDERS ASSOCIATION 2011 FALL PARADE OF HOMES.... “A truly unique opportunity” is perhaps the best way to describe the 2011 Fall Parade of Homes. This three weekend event features 117 Parade of Home entries built by 44 of the area’s leading builders. The homes will be open from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the three weekends beginning Saturday, October 8, 2011 and ending Sunday, October 23, 2011. Homes in the Parade range in price from $100,000 to over $2 million. Homes in the area’s most desirable neighborhoods are featured throughout the City of Wichita and Sedgwick County, as well as the following outlying communities: Andover, Derby, Goddard, Haysville, Maize, Newton, Park City, Rose Hill and Valley Center. Free Parade of Homes magazines will be available beginning the week of October 3rd on racks at area grocery stores. The magazines contain a complete listing of the homes in the Parade as well as a locator map. Magazines will also be available at any of the homes in the Parade and on our website at www.wabahome.com. There’s a “dream home” for everyone in this year’s Fall Parade of Homes and we invite you to see the newest and best that the area’s finest builders have to offer. Tour the Parade and discover for yourself why “new is better” and today is the best time to buy a new home.
